Questions
Do people need an account to get their certificate?
No. Each person gets a link by email or SMS that opens their certificate. They can download the PDF, add it to LinkedIn or share it.
Can we use our own certificate design?
Yes. Upload the artwork you already have (PNG, JPG or PDF) and place the names on it, or design one in Credza with your logo and colours.
What if we make a mistake?
Fix the name and reissue. If you revoke a certificate within 30 days, the credit comes back to you.
Does it work with our student portal?
Yes. Your developers can connect it with the Credza API so certificates appear in each person’s account automatically.
How do we pay?
